Bikeworks, a social enterprise, are teaming up with Haringey Council to provide lucky residents the opportunity to take part in a new cycling course, aimed at equipping people with the tools to enjoy their daily commute. Spaces are currently available from now until March 2014. IT'S ALL FREE!!!

Charity shops won't take them and even Ebay have failed me.
So, does anyone in Bowes and Bounds have a video cassette player and want some FREE videos? Photo and list below. I'm putting my reputation on the line here folks, showing that I'm obviously one of the biggest kids of my generation. I love cycling and over the last 3 years, I've been working for a terrific social enterprise called Bikeworks, working as a cycling instructor on their All Ability cycling programme. The club encourages children and adults with learning and physical disabilities to ride bikes. They can ride two-wheelers, tricycles, recumbants and hand-cranks, making cycling accessible for all.
