Matt and everyone, good to meet you at the AGM. All the renovations are fantastic news and are making/will make a huge difference to the look of the street. But what is being done to actually encourage businesses to move into the empty stores? Could landlords offer reduced rents or incentives to artists and craftspeople, for example? That would in turn bring in other businesses like cafes.
