Our Speaker is Eva Martens from Kew Millennium Seed Bank at Wakehurst.

“Tales from the Seed Bank”

The Millennium Seed Bank Partnership is the largest plant conservation programme in the world.

In this talk Eva will give a general overview of the Millennium Seed Bank and the Partnership. (It celebrated its 25th anniversary last November). She will talk about the journey of a seed from collection to banking and introduce a few of their current projects.
