After a harrowing 2 days of trying to renew my parking permit, I'm evetually at the point where the system is asking me for my CO2 grouping.

On my V5 document it states CO (g/kWh) 0.256

I've a mini 1498 cc and thought last year I paid £60.00.  Haringey are now asking me to pay £280 if im right according to their new table below. Before I pay it am i right my tiny car comes under the 255 category at £280.00?

I cannot get through to the council to ask them, so any help would be much apreciated.
