Not sure if people had seen the following but it seems that people are using the following site to report problems (dumped rubbish cars etc) to the Council. I mention it as it seems both Bounds and Bowes area is being covered.

Thanks for this Kevin

I think "Fix My Street" is a brilliant use of web technology.

In addition both of our local boroughs have their own "report a problem" pages on their websites

Haringey is http://www.haringey.gov.uk/index/contact/report_a_problem.htm

Enfield is http://www.enfield.gov.uk/site/scripts/home_info.php?homepageID=225

Whilst each of these report direct to the relevant local authority I think there is something quite powerful about the Fix My Street approach which means the number and nature of issues reported can be publicly viewed by others.

The Council's Report a Problem web site is fine except recently items being reported seem not to be getting fixed. The lamp post that was broken in half on Bounds Green road was reported long before Xmas but yet we are still left with only a stump and no light.
