Pymmes Brook/New River Flooding?
Hi .. does anyone know (or know where I can obtain information) on how frequently Pymmes Brook and the New River have flooded? I'm buying a flat in Palmerston Crescent which is at high flood risk, but I wondered if anyone had actually witnessed any flooding?

The Enviromnent Agency has a dedicated page for flood warnings on the Bowes Park to Edmonton stretch of the Pymmes Brook they may have historical data?
