We don't have a car and always use Scorpio ... have found them reliable and reasonably priced.
Tell them about this forum... they may offer a regular sympathetic driver. ...in return for a recommendation caron

Metroexpress are excellent 020 8888 3000 - even picked up on time at 4.30am on Christmas Day and delivered us to Trafalgar Square for just £25. Have used them for hospital and supermarket runs, always polite, know where they're going and comfy clean cars. Plus now I'm a regular customer, they know who I am when I ring up and where I live.

For some years I have used Kenwood & Fairway cars for my elderly mother and when I have needed a taxi. They have always been clean, polite and reliable 0208 346 1122.
