Doors open 7pm, music from 8pm.

Tori Freestone is an award‑winning British saxophonist, flautist and composer, recognised as one of the most distinctive and versatile voices in UK jazz. With a sound that blends lyrical freedom, rhythmic invention and influences ranging from folk to Latin music, she is highly regarded as both bandleader and collaborator.

Her long‑running Tori Freestone Trio has earned widespread critical acclaim, including multiple 4‑star reviews and “Jazz Album of the Month” distinctions in the national press. Her duo with pianist Alcyona Mick has toured internationally and won an Ivor Novello Award for Jazz Ensemble Composition in 2022.

Freestone is also a prominent figure across the UK’s leading ensembles, performing with the Julian Siegel Jazz Orchestra, Nikki Iles Jazz Orchestra and Alec Dankworth’s Spanish Accents, to name but a few. She has appeared at major festivals across Europe and collaborated with artists including Hermeto Pascoal, Ingrid Jensen and Jamie Cullum. A nominee for Parliamentary Jazz Instrumentalist of the Year and shortlisted for the Arts Foundation Jazz Composition Award, Tori Freestone continues to be celebrated for her expressive voice, adventurous writing, and the creative depth she brings to every project.
