Hi,

Our toilet has blocked up a few times recently after never having had problems before.  The second person to clear it has pointed out that it looks like our external waste pipe is a bit damaged and the concrete around the base cracked.  It's therefore likely there's a crack under the ground in the pipe that is causing things to catch & causing the blockages.

Any recommendations on somebody who could pull up the concrete, identify if there's a crack and fix the pipe?
