Speaker: Mr Kamsang Law MBA JP

Mr Law has been interested in tea drinking for over 40 years. He has studied most Chinese teas during his visits to the tea plantations in China, including the way some teas are prepared after harvest. He has also studied how Chinese tea is brewed and served in a ceremonial manner. In the Chinese Tea workshop, he will introduce the main types of Chinese teas and talk about their health benefits and the Chinese tea culture. He will also describe how the different types of teas are prepared and brewed. Various types of Chinese teas will be brewed at the workshop for the enjoyment by participants.

Mr Law has been doing Chinese calligraphy for 30 years. He studied Chinese calligraphy from renowned Chinese calligraphy masters over many years and has now developed his own distinct style. Mr Law was the Vice President of the Jiazi Society of Calligraphy in Hong Kong, and his calligraphy works have been selected for many prestigious calligraphy and art exhibitions in Hong Kong.

Besides, Mr Law has been practising Tai Chi for nearly 30 years. He has studied with Chan, Zhaobao and Yang masters before he followed his last teacher, Master WANG Zhuanghong who has developed the WANG style. Mr Law has been teaching Tai Chi for eight years and is now teaching Tai Chi in a number of organisations in London.
