Event Description
New Yoga classes starting in Bowes Park,Wood Green from September every Thursday 8pm - 930pm at Cypriot Community Centre, Earlham Grove, N22 5HJ. Only £6 starting price for 90 minutes. Mats provided.
Beginners through to people further into their yoga journey welcome, to include hatha style yoga & deep meditation / kundalini based with the aim of de-stressing and healing both the body and mind.
