LIVE MUSIC: Odoya at The Step, 101 Myddleton Road, N22 8NE
July 13, 2019 from 8pm to 10pm
Odoyá are Dudi Shaul (guitar), Ines Loubet (vocals) and Joseph Costi (piano). After supporting the wonderful Gilberto Gil at the Shepherds Bush Empire last weekend they will be heading to The Step to play more of their fantastic Afro-Samba music.They will be performing a show to explore the rich Afro-Brazilian heritage of songs and sounds in homage to the legendary Brazilian guitarist and composer Baden Powell, as well as compositions by Dudi Shaul. Re the meeting about Myddleton Road on November 18th, I don't understand why a 'cancelled' message came up when I clicked on the meeting link beforehand (I think it said 'by the organisers'). It obviously wasn't cancelled and I missed it because of this message. Judging by the picture of a full house, I seem to be the only one who saw this. Any explanation?
I know now who wrote about visiting Harringay Market: Kevin from the Ground Bean Cafe!
