Event Description
Learn something new this May! Our women-only BJJ intro course is open to all women and girls aged 14+.
Classes are taught by female Purple Belt Shahena Khanom. She'll be covering the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including techniques applicable to both self defence and the sport.
No experience is required, and you don't need a gi. Normal sportswear is fine for your first few classes. Just bring yourself and have fun learning new skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
