Hi,
Looking to get fit this summer so have fixed up my bike and purchased some trainers. Thats as far as I have got for now.... I remember there was a jogging group that met at Bounds Green station a while back, is this still so?
Does anyone know any free jogging groups or cycling groups for pretty unfit beginners?

I've always meant to go to one of these but have never got around to it: http://www.parkrun.org.uk/allypally/
It's weekly and you can just show up when you can, so it's good if you need a bit of motivation or are preparing for a race.
