Local Sound/Recording Studio?

Hello Bowes and Bounds Connected,

I'm a voice over artist, who normally works out of studios in town.  However, I've recently been approached to see if I could do some bits of work from home.  Only problem is, I don't have a home studio to work out of.  I know there's loads of artists, actors, musicians in our area, and I just thought I'd put the word out to see if someone has a studio in their back garden/spare room, that they might be willing to rent out for a small fee, every now and then?

There's a studio on Myddleton Road that's worth trying.
