We've just finished putting up Trees At Work along the first section of Maidstone Road. This art is part of the AP & Beyond Art & Music Festival being held on Saturday 22/6 & Sunday 23/6. I was asked by a fellow resident why I was putting up signs along our street. Being new to all of this, I was not sure how detailed my explanation should be.

A number of Bounds Green artist will be welcoming visitors to their studios this weekend. The easiest way to  find out more is to download this PDF which has a comprehensive list of all the open houses.

The brochure also has details of the music and performance events planned for  the green opposite Alexandra Park Rail Station (near The Gate Pub) and Durnsford Recreational Ground.

Enjoy.

What a really interesting installation.

I saw the whole lot this morning - and watched lots of other people taking in the messages, with a smile, on the way to the tube.

Do go and have a look in person ... but if you can't make it along to Maidstone Road there are some photographs here

This is very cool

Saw these this morning, fantastic, thanks. Laura

Excellent installation and some great messages from the trees

... and (unashamed plug) ...have you seen Trees for Cities' Blue Trees in London outside St Paul's? They're pretty impressive too http://www.treesforcities.org/

I loved the messages! I was sorry to see they had gone tonight, my walk to the station won't be nearly so enjoyable on Monday...

Good to see the installation getting even wider coverage via Ruth McKee's article in the North London Press
