Hi,I used to live at 209 Bowes Rd way back in the late 70's-mid 80's and drove past recently and could not believe what they have done to the place.The road was scheduled to be built back in the 60's,but was always put off,which was also the main reason I moved away,as the whole area was blighted and you never knew what was going to happen next.I was really surprised to see 209 still standing,and even more surprised to see it was being renovated,as it was one of the properties at the top of…
